UPRE is a division of Raphael's Party Rentals created to sell some of the great items in our vast, professional party rental equipment inventory. Raphael's Party Rentals maintains a high quality standard for all the items we rent to our customers and from time-to-time the appearance of some of those items degrades to the point where we no longer feel comfortable renting them to our customers. The items are still in working condition and retain some retail value, so we've created this outlet to make these items available for purchase by the general public.
